Following my college graduation in 2015, I accepted a full time position with Topshop/Topman as a Visual Merchandiser and Creative. Yearning for more Creative opportunity to express my personal thoughts visually and verbally, I launched project "Dead Roses.”
Dead Roses Chicago was born in 2017 to elevate & vocalize the African American experience in Americana culture. Merging significant elements from traditional English institutions and city centric lifestyles, the brand conveys the essence of a youthful spirit in a contemporary society.
MY CREATIVE ROLES: BUILDING BRAND VOICE, IDEATING CAMPAIGNS, CREATIVE DIRECTING GRAPHIC DESIGN, AND ART DIRECTING WEBSITE, SOCIAL, + OTHER MARKETING CONTENT.
